With over twenty years of international experience leading Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, his career path was consolidated at global leaders such as Danieli Group, Sofinter Group, and SIT Group, where, as Director of Operations, he led multicultural teams on a global scale. He specializes in organizational optimization and process transformation across the entire business lifecycle: from challenging start-up phases to managing critical turnaround and decline scenarios.
Training and Skills
A graduate in Management Engineering with an EMBA from the University of Udine, Sever combines managerial vision and technical rigor, strengthened by prestigious qualifications such as International/European Welding Engineer (IWE/EWE), Level 3 NDT (ISO 9712), and Lead QMS Auditor.

With over thirty years of experience in business management and consulting, Simone is an expert in leading complex business transformations.
He has held senior roles in multinational groups such as Emerson (Director, Europe & Asia Operations) and SIT Group (Director of Lean Transformation).
He has managed production sites and digital transformation and Lean projects worldwide (Italy, Romania, the Netherlands, Mexico, China, Tunisia and Portugal).
Training and Skills
With a degree in Economics and Statistics, Simone earned an MBA from IFAF-Bocconi. He is also a certified Master Black Belt from the Six Sigma Academy, demonstrating excellence in process improvement and operational efficiency.
BRANISLAV PAJIC

Professional Experience
With over 25 years of experience in heavy industry and oil & gas, Branislav is a recognized leader in global engineering project management. His career includes a distinguished tenure at the Danieli Group, where, as Project Director, he coordinated extremely complex projects in key markets such as the Americas, India, and China. He has successfully operated in challenging international environments, overseeing every phase of the project from design to final delivery.
Training and Skills
Branislav combines a solid background as a Mechanical Engineer with a strategic business vision gained through an Executive MBA (EMBA) from the MIB Trieste School of Management.
