With over twenty years of international experience leading Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, his career path was consolidated at global leaders such as Danieli Group, Sofinter Group, and SIT Group, where, as Director of Operations, he led multicultural teams on a global scale. He specializes in organizational optimization and process transformation across the entire business lifecycle: from challenging start-up phases to managing critical turnaround and decline scenarios.
Education and Skills
A graduate in Management Engineering with an EMBA from the University of Udine, Sever combines managerial vision and technical rigor, strengthened by prestigious qualifications such as International/European Welding Engineer (IWE/EWE), Level 3 NDT (ISO 9712), and Lead QMS Auditor.

With over thirty years of experience in business management and consulting, Simone is an expert in leading complex business transformations.
He has held senior roles in multinational groups such as Emerson (Director, Europe & Asia Operations) and SIT Group (Director of Lean Transformation).
He has managed production sites and digital transformation and Lean projects worldwide (Italy, Romania, the Netherlands, Mexico, China, Tunisia and Portugal).
Education and Skills
With a degree in Economics and Statistics, Simone earned an MBA from IFAF-Bocconi. He is also a certified Master Black Belt from the Six Sigma Academy, demonstrating excellence in process improvement and operational efficiency.

With over 25 years of experience in heavy industry and oil & gas, Branislav is a recognized leader in global engineering project management.
His career includes a distinguished tenure at the Danieli Group as Project Director, and at Gazprom Neft. During his career he coordinated and executed complex projects in key markets such as the Americas, Europa, India, Russia and China, covering full project life cycle from its conception until the handover and project closure.

Branislav combines a solid background as a Mechanical Engineer with a strategic business vision gained through an Executive MBA (EMBA) from the MIB Trieste School of Management.

With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years, Alberto is an expert in the strategic management of Procurement and Supply Chain. His professional journey has evolved within leading multinationals such as Foster Wheeler, Siirtec Nigi, and Boldrocchi Group, where he held key executive positions. where he has uccessfully spearheaded major projects in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Pharma sectors. He specializes in advanced sourcing and procurement strategies, with a sharp focus on cost reduction and risk mitigation.
Education and Skills
Alberto combines an academic background in International Law with high-level technical expertise, furthered by a Master in International Law from the University of San Francisco and a Master in Procurement from IPSOA Milan.
