He specializes in organizational optimization and process transformation across the entire business lifecycle: from challenging start-up phases to managing critical turnaround and decline scenarios.

Training and Skills

A graduate in Management Engineering with an EMBA from the University of Udine, Sever is a key figure in the industrial landscape. He combines managerial vision and technical rigor, a solidity guaranteed by the prestigious qualifications of International/European Welding Engineer (IWE/EWE), Level 3 NDT (ISO 9712), and Lead QMS Auditor.

With over 25 years of experience in heavy industry and oil and gas, Branislav is a recognized leader in global engineering project management.

His career includes prestigious experience at the Danieli Group as Project Director, and at Gazprom Neft. Throughout his career, he has coordinated and completed complex projects in key markets such as the Americas, Europe, India, Russia, and China, covering the entire project lifecycle, from conception to handover and closure.

Training and Skills

Branislav combines a solid technical background as a Mechanical Engineer with a strategic business vision gained from an Executive MBA (EMBA) from the MIB Trieste School of Management.

With over 30 years of experience, Alberto is an expert in strategic Procurement and Supply Chain management.

His career has spanned multinationals such as Foster Wheeler, Siirtec Nigi, and Boldrocchi Group, holding significant senior roles. He has successfully managed major Oil & Gas, Energy, and Pharmaceutical projects, coordinating purchasing volumes exceeding €300 million in key markets such as the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. He specializes in sourcing and procurement strategies, cost reduction, and risk management.

Training and Skills

Alberto combines a degree in International Law with a high-profile technical specialization, gained with a Master's in International Law from the University of San Francisco and a Master's in Procurement from IPSOA in Milan.
